Many people don’t know the word escrow. In practice it means: the money is held safely by a third party (here: the platform) until you agree — so you don’t pay for nothing or share contact details too early.
When you pick a candidate, you use 1 credit (1,250 SEK). The amount stays with the platform — it is not sent straight to anyone else. Only when both sides have agreed to connect does the payment proceed according to our terms.
You see candidate information in the platform, but direct contact details (e.g. phone or e‑mail) are not shared until both parties have accepted contact.
If the other party does not accept within 30 minutes, the amount is automatically refunded — you should not have to chase anyone.
